Summer Camp Registration and Tuition
The 2026 Summer Camp application will be available February 3.
CBCC Summer Camp 2026
All applications will be dated upon receipt. Priority for CBCC Summer Camp enrollment will be given to children currently enrolled at CBCC until February 2, 2026. Withdrawals must be submitted in writing by March 20, 2026 in order to receive a refund of tuition paid, less the $250 non-refundable deposit. There will be no refunds of tuition made after March 20, 2026.
Tuition
Tuition rates for each CBCC Summer Camp session are listed below. The tuition rates include an activity fee. By February 14, 2025, 50% of the total summer camp tuition must be paid or your child’s space may be forfeited. The balance of summer camp tuition is due on May 9, 2025.
All campers must enroll for the entire session and attend 5 days per week with a choice of dismissal times:
- Half Day (8:00 am – 12:30 pm)
- Extended Day (8:00 am – 3:30 pm)
- Full Day (8:00 am – 6:00 p.m.)
We cannot accommodate different dismissal times within a session. Tuition is not prorated for absence from sessions. Campers in the Puffins, Cardinals, and Eagles classes (i.e., 3 ½ years and older) must be fully toilet-trained to be enrolled in the class. A child must be at least two years old by May 31, 2025, in order to attend summer camp.
Summer Camp Details
- Camp will run from Monday, June 22 to Friday, August 14, 2026; Camp will be closed on Friday, July 3, and closes at 12:30 pm on Friday, August 14
- We will offer four 2-week sessions with a choice of dismissal times of 12:30, 3:30 or 6:00 pm.
- Children must be registered for an entire session and attend 5 days/week.
- You can register for some or all of the sessions.
- To receive priority enrollment, CBCC families should complete an application and return it with a $250 non-refundable deposit by February 2, 2026.
- Priority for 6:00 dismissal will be given to current Chickadees and Birdhouse families who register by February 3. After February 3, if space is available, we will open the 6:00 program to other families on a first-come basis.
- February 20 -50% tuition is due
- March 20 -Last day to withdraw and receive refund less $250 deposit
- May 8 -Tuition balance is due

Pirate Adventures at Sea; June 22- July 2, 2026 (closed 7/3 for Independence Day)
Session 2:
Below the Equator; July 6-17, 2026
Session 3:
“Artround” the World; July 20-July 31, 2026
Session 4:
Robotics and Loose Parts; August 3- August 14, 2026 (camp closes at 12:30 pm on 8/14)
